FBD: Week Two

My legs are continuing to shrink! No, not in length, but in width.

Currently, I am contemplating chocolate but I aim to keep strong. Oh so strong.

I was a little naughty this past week. I have reverted back to bread, but only have it every other day.

My coffee intake, low and behold, has gone down and when I do have it, I tend to have the skinny options from my favourite coffee shop. I'm getting half a caffeine kick, but halving the calories.

My stomach is looking a little flatter now and I am keeping to the veg, fruit and water they suggest, as well as eating more fish.

Treats have been kept to a minimum.

After this week, I have lost a total of 4 pounds.
