Flat Belly Diet: Day One

Breakfast: Rice Crispies
Lunch: Turkey Slices
Snack: Smoothie and poppy seeds.
Dinner: Cod, potatoes, green beans.

Today wasn't too bad.

Despite missing my daily latte, the camomile tea did do the trick (despite the fact it made me incredibly tired) and I didn't feel that hungry.

The snack I had, poppy seeds, was enough to fill my appetite, but alas they weren't chocolate!

The only problem was that I didn't get home until 7.30 in the evening, and eating at 8 is not ideal.

The sassy water wasn't as disgusting as I though it would be.

All in all, today was pretty good...but I do have another 3 days to suffer!
