Flat Belly Diet: Day Three

Breakfast: Rice Crispies
Lunch: Tin of tuna
Snack: Cereal bar
Dinner: Pasta salad

Starting to get as bored of reading the menu as me?

I did cheat a little today. I had a square of dark chocolate. Naughty me!

I was feeling a little weak, being a sugar fiend and all, so decided to take the opportunity to indulge in a treat. Also, pasta is not on the set menu, but it was all i had in to eat.

The benefits, though, are starting to show.

I feel like I have detoxed myself through all the water I've been drinking...and of course subsequently with all the wee-ing!

Nothing on the belly front though, although my legs seem to be thinner. Strange.
