Flat Belly Diet: Day Four

Breakfast: Rice Crispies
Lunch: Tinned tuna
Snack: Cereal
Dinner: Pasta salad

No, you haven't read it wrong. I have had the exact same set menu as yesterday. It is possibly the worst de ja vu I have ever had.

But today was the last day of almost starvation.

Tomorrow I'm back to 'normal' eating...minus all the junk I used to eat.

I seem to have lost a number of pounds though. Belly seems to be de-bloated, which is what these four days promised, but my legs now look like toothpicks. Strange how it has gone from there also.

The only problem now is that I have realised that my arms look huge. Urgh, who needs perfection?
