Flat Belly Diet: Day Two

Breakfast: Rice Crispies
Lunch: Turkey slices
Snacks: Cereal bar
Dinner: Salmon, potatoes and green beans

Today was not so good.

It started off easy, with breakfast being what I'd probably eat anyway, but after another day of just turkey for lunch and no caffeine, I'm beginning to get a little exhausted.

The daily commute has taken the energy out of me.

Also, quite embarrassingly, I constantly need the toilet. I had read experts' advice about the diet previous to starting it and some had said that the weight you lose is water weight and not fat. The theory seems to be correct.
